Honey Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pumpkin (1 lb. 13 oz. can size)
1 c. honey
3 eggs - well beaten
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. light cream
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Mix pumpkin and honey.
Add eggs.
Mix spices together and add to pumpkin.
Add unbeaten light and heavy cream to mixture. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Bake 15 minutes at this temperature to let crust set. then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for remainder of time, approximately 50 minutes.
To Serve: top with whipped cream.
