Spanish Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 (6 oz.) can chopped chilies
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    2 c. shredded cheese (1/2 Cheddar and 1/2 Jack)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Pour in quiche dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes.
