Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can consomme
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. raw rice
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 onion (medium), chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until tender and mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, covered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
