Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 c. popped corn (preferably air popped)
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Bring butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cook and stir 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add soda. Pour over popcorn and mix thoroughly.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
