Ingredients

3 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 pt. buttermilk
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. oleo
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into pie shell and bake. When cool, top with meringue made from egg whites.
