Green Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat (beef, elk, pork, venison)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 large onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 c. or 2 large cans tomatoes
    1 c. chicken broth
    3 c. diced green chilies
Preparation
    Brown ground meat with flour and margarine.
    Dice onion and add to meat mixture. Cook until onion is tender.
    Add garlic, salt and pepper, diced tomatoes, chicken broth and chilies.
    Simmer 1/2 hour.
    Add water if chili is too thick.
