Canned Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 dishpan crushed tomatoes
12 bell peppers, crushed
12 banana peppers, crushed
6 hot peppers, crushed
6 onions, crushed
1 1/2 oz. Italian seasoning
1 (5.16 oz.) parsley flakes
1/2 oz. oregano
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. thyme
4 tsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 tsp. garlic
salt to taste (approximately 4 to 5 Tbsp.)
3 qt. water
Preparation
-
Simmer, uncovered, for three hours, stirring occasionally. Pour in jars and seal.
Yields approximately 21 pints.
