Apricot Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 sq. graham crackers
    3/4 c. oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. chopped dried apricots
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    15 more graham crackers
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with 15 square graham crackers.
    Melt oleo; stir in sugar, milk and beaten egg.
    Cook 5 minutes, until slightly thick.
    Stir in graham cracker crumbs, coconut, nuts, apricots and vanilla extract.
    Spread over crackers and top with another layer of graham crackers (15 squares).
