Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. backfin crab meat
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 slices bread with crust removed
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
milk
butter
Preparation

Carefully pick all shells from crab meat without disturbing lumps.
Break the bread into small pieces and moisten with milk. Mix ingredients being careful not to break the lumps of crab meat. Shape into cakes.
Fry in small amount of butter or broil until medium brown.
Serve hot with crackers or rye bread and quartered lemon (to season).
