Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soft butter or margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    3/4 c. Pet milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. finely cut pecans
Preparation
    Set oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Beat in vigorously eggs one at a time.
    Add remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
    Pour into pastry-lined pan.
    Bake on center shelf of oven for 10 minutes; reduce heat to slow (325\u00b0) and bake about 30 minutes longer or until knife is clean after inserting in center of pie.
    Turn off oven and allow pie to cool on oven shelf.
