Grasshopper Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 whole eggs
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins
    1/4 tsp. vinegar
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Soak raisins in boiling water for 3 seconds.
    Melt margarine. Beat eggs; add margarine and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add vinegar, coconut, pecans and drained raisins.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
