The Stuff With The Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 can corned beef
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt
    pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In heavy pot, saute chopped onion and pepper in one tablespoon oil.
    When softened a bit, add one can corned beef.
    Break up beef and stir until softened.
    Add tomato sauce, 1 1/2 cans water, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Cook for one hour on low heat. Serve over cooked rice with a salad.
