Fudgy Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
Heat butter and chocolate in 2-quart saucepan over low heat until melted.
Remove from heat.
Mix in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
Spread in greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan, 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
Makes about 5 dozen.
