Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 jar or can sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    chopped parsley or chives
Preparation
    In hot butter in skillet, saute onion until golden.
    Add beef, garlic, flour, salt, pepper, paprika and mushrooms.
    Saute for 5 minutes.
    Then add soup, simmer, uncovered for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add sour cream.
    Sprinkle with parsley or chives.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
