Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can small whole potatoes
    4 slices bacon, fried crisp and drained
    1 onion, cut fine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    In remaining bacon grease, brown onion.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Add white vinegar and water.
    Cook until thickens.
    Pour over the potatoes which have been sliced thin in casserole. Sprinkle broken bacon over top and cook in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
