Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. red beans, soaked and rinsed
    onion to taste (1 c. cut into squares)
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    finely chopped bell pepper
    1 lb. hot links or kielbasi, sliced
    Worcestershire sauce to taste (at end of cooking)
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight and rinse in a.m.
    Put in crock-pot and cover with water.
    Add all ingredients except sausage.
    Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
    Put sausage in during last hour of cooking.
    Cook rice as directed.
