Mock Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. corn flakes or 1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. milk (3/4 if using rice)
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, corn flakes or rice, milk, salt, pepper and egg together.
    Should be sloppy.
    Spoon mixture into hot fat in little patties.
    Brown on both sides.
    Put patties into large casserole dish.
