Scalloped Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked, sliced thinly
    1 c. pineapple chunks or crushed
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    6 slices pineapple
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Layer potatoes and pineapple chunks in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with salt. Repeat layers.
    Top with pineapple slices.
    Cover with pineapple juice.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover; bake until top is brown.
    Makes about 6 servings.
