Scotch Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs, hard boiled
bread crumbs
1 lb. sausage
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Roll eggs in flour.
Cut sausage into 8 equal parts.
Spread sausage around egg.
Chill.
Dip sausage egg in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs with paprika mixed in.
Place on a shallow pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until sausage is cooked. Cut eggs into eighths and serve.
