Mexican Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/4 c. rice
    salt
    1 sliced onion
    1 (13 oz.) can tomatoes
    pepper
Preparation
    Season and brown chops.
    Arrange chops in baking dish or large frying pan with onion and rice and cover with tomatoes and juice. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat or bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
