Ham-Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 lb. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
dash of pepper
1 c. milk
4 oz. American cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
1 lb. ham, cooked and diced
Preparation

In a saucepan, cook onion and bell pepper in butter until tender.
Stir in flour and pepper.
Add milk all at once.
Bring to boil, stirring.
Reduce heat.
Add cheese and mayonnaise until cheese melts.
Put potatoes and ham with sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
