Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. undiluted canned milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon or vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs
    and
    sugar well and add milk.
    Add 1 tablespoon lemon
    or vanilla flavoring (I use both), then coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat and cook at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
