Neiman Marcus Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together.
Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan (greased).
Mix last 3 ingredients together.
Pour over cake mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
