Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. chicken wings, disjoined
1/2 c. red plum jam
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 drops hot pepper sauce
Plum Dipping Sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F and place wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Brush generously over wings.
Bake about 25 minutes, basting frequently.
Serve wings with Plum Dipping Sauce.
