One Pan Potatoes And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch and microwaved 8 to 10 minutes
    1 lb. skinless chicken breasts, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. honey Dijon barbecue sauce
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
Preparation
    In a large skillet, toss and brown chicken in oil, about 5 minutes on high. Add potatoes. Saute and toss until potatoes are light brown. Add barbecue sauce and tarragon.
    Toss until heated through.
