Easy Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, scrubbed and dried
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 large onion, cut in small chunks
    1 garlic clove, split
    salt
    pepper
    celery seed
    paprika
Preparation
    Spray baking dish with Pam.
    Cut unpeeled potatoes into 1 1/2-inch chunks.
    Arrange in single layer with onion chunks tucked in between.
    Melt butter with garlic.
    Remove garlic.
    Drizzle butter over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and celery seed.
