Easy Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. onions
1/4 c. green pepper
2 c. potatoes, sliced thin
1 c. carrots, sliced thin
2 cans tomatoes
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Put hamburg in bottom of 2-quart casserole dish or 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Layer the potatoes on top of meat, then add onions, green peppers and carrots.
Put tomatoes and seasonings in next. Last, top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
