Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. water
7 beef bouillon cubes
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 c. onion
1 c. celery
1 c. sliced or diced carrots
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. kidney beans (optional)
1 to 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
Preparation

Place the first 9 ingredients in a large soup pot and simmer until vegetables are tender.
While soup is simmering, make tiny meatballs to taste.
Brown, then drain.
Add kidney beans to soup; simmer 10 minutes.
Add meatballs to soup; simmer 10 minutes. Add elbow macaroni and simmer until tender.
