Potato Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    1/8 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and sugar in saucepan.
    Add mustard and butter.
    Beat in eggs until smooth.
    Stir in vinegar and water. Remove from heat as soon as it boils.
    Cool, then stir in mayonnaise.
    Add pickles, hard-boiled eggs, etc.
    This recipe covers 2 quarts cooked potatoes or 2 cups uncooked macaroni.
