Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. beet liquid (plus water to make 1 1/2 cup)
2 c. cooked beets or can beets
Preparation

Bring to a boil vinegar, beet juice, sugar, salt and beets. Serve warm or let cool.
Add chopped onions for a salad.
