Veal Chops And Potatoes(Tangy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 veal chops
    3 Idaho potatoes, quartered
    hot cherry peppers (in oil)
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pour olive oil in bottom of roasting pan. Arrange chops and potatoes in pan. Add seasonings. Add 5 or 6 hot cherry peppers (or less depending on taste) and a little of the cherry pepper oil. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove foil and cook for 15 minutes.
