Eggs Benedict - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. English muffins (6)
    6 lean slices ham, cut thick
    6 eggs, poached
    1/2 c. milk
    6 slices mild Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat muffins and ham separately in foil.
    Set the oven to 350\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
