Greek Olive Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Greek olives, pitted
    2 tsp. capers
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    Feta cheese
    water crackers
Preparation
    Process the first 3 ingredients in a food processor until very finely minced.
    Add the next 4 ingredients and process for about 10 seconds.
    Serve with Feta and water crackers.
    Makes hors d'oeuvres for 6.
