Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 to 3/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 to 1/2 c. orange segments
Preparation
    Melt butter and add all ingredients except orange segments. Stir until smooth.
    Simmer gently until clear.
    Add segments and serve over meat or poultry.
