Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3 Tbsp. sugar (heaping)
    salt to taste
    about 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast with 1 1/4 cups warm water; let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
    Place 1 cup warm water in mixing bowl and add shortening, sugar and salt.
    Add yeast mix and flour to make a good, not too stiff dough.
    Let rise; punch down and make rolls. Let rise to double and bake quick.
