Janet'S Sausage Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small or medium loaf bread, dried and hardened
    1/4 lb. or more raw country sausage
    hot chicken broth
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Break hard bread into small pieces.
    Break up raw sausage into small pieces.
    Add onion and celery.
    Pour hot broth or hot water over and mix until thoroughly dampened.
    Should be \"wet\" but not soupy.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Turn into greased casserole and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
