Chocolate Cookie Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk or 1/2 c. sweet milk and 2 Tbsp. vinegar, mixed well
1 c. water
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. oil
5 tsp. cocoa (more if desired)

Preparation

Mix flour and sugar in pan.
Add eggs and buttermilk or sweet milk-vinegar mixture.
In saucepan, bring water, oleo, oil and cocoa to boil.
Pour mixture into flour and sugar.
Mix well.
