Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (7 oz.) cans white solid pack tuna
1 c. seedless grapes or mandarin oranges or diced apples
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. toasted, slivered almonds
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise
salt to taste
Preparation

Add curry powder and salt to mayonnaise.
Drain and flake tuna and mix with celery and choice of fruit.
Toss with mayonnaise.
Chill 2 hours.
When ready to serve, add slivered, toasted almonds.
Serve on salad greens.
