Paprika Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 small potatoes, sliced
    1 small can evaporated milk, diluted 1/2 milk, 1/2 water
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, sliced or diced in small pieces
    1/4 lb. sharp cheese, sliced or diced in small pieces
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine salt, milk, margarine (melted) and Parmesan cheese. Stir well.
    In a medium pan or casserole dish, layer potatoes to about 3/4 full.
    One layer of potatoes; add 1/2 of all cheeses, layer the rest of potatoes with cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until potatoes are completely done.
    Serve hot. Serves 4 to 6.
