Baked Ham And Cheese Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices bread
6 slices sharp cheese
mustard
1/2 lb. ground ham
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
Preparation

Cut crust from bread.
Place 6 slices in buttered 9 x 12-inch pan.
Cover with cheese slices and brush with mustard.
Cover with ground ham.
Butter remaining bread and place buttered side up on top of ham.
Mix eggs with milk and salt and pour over sandwiches. Refrigerate overnight.
Remove 1 hour before baking.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Mix soup and broth and heat.
Serve as sauce. Makes 6 servings.
