Crayfish And Artichoke - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can artichokes
1 1/2 c. boiled crayfish
3 Tbsp. butter
1 can whole mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. sherry
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Place artichokes on bottom of greased casserole.
Mix all other ingredients, except cheese.
Pour over artichokes.
Add cheese to top. Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown.
May use shrimp or crabmeat in place of crayfish.
