Jellied Veal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shank or lower leg veal and bone
    1/2 lb. lean pork
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook until tender with green pepper, onion and salt.
    Put through grinder with a little raw onion.
    Strain stock and cook down until it makes 2 cups.
    Pour over meat and chill.
