Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar and remaining ingredients, making a stiff dough.
    Place in covered container in refrigerator.
    Pinch off dough as needed.
    Shape into biscuits. Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake as many as you like.
    Dough may be kept in refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks.
