Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. new chopped natural almonds
Preparation

Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt in mixing bowl.
Stir in egg whites and almond extract.
Stir in almonds; mix well. Drop from teaspoon on lightly greased baking sheet.
Garnish with your favorite candied fruit.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove immediately.
Makes 2 dozen.
