Coconut Pie(No Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 c. milk
    1 (7 oz.) can coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Blend together flour and sugar.
    Stir into eggs. Add rest of ingredients.
    Pour into two 9-inch pie plates.
    (Do not use crusts.)
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes or until pie is firm.
