Frozen Hawaiian Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (12 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 graham cracker crusts (9-inches)
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine milk and whipped topping. Gently fold in pineapple, nuts, cherries and lemon juice. Pour into the crusts. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving. Garnish with mint, nuts and cherries. Yield: 2 pies, 6 to 8 servings each.
