Baked Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

3 large baking potatoes
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
sour cream (optional)
Preparation

Pour oil into 12 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges lengthwise. Blot wedges with paper towel and place in pan. Turn to coat evenly with the oil, leaving potato cut side up in a single layer. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, pepper and cheese, if used. Adjust seasonings. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until fork-tender. Serve plain or with sour cream. Serves 4 to 6.
