Peach Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches in extra light syrup
    3 1/2 c. baking mix
    1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 large eggs
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    confectioners sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 10-inch ovenproof skillet.
    Drain peaches well; set aside on plate lined with paper towels.
    Combine baking mix, 3/4 cup brown sugar, buttermilk, eggs, oil, orange peel and baking soda with mixer for 3 minutes.
    Pour batter into prepared skillet.
    Spread evenly.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
