Bacon Ala Lisa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. bacon
2 cans sliced water chestnuts (whole water chestnuts can be used)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. Hellmann's mayo
Preparation

Wrap water chestnuts in 1/3 to 1/2 strip of bacon; secure with toothpick.
Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch pan with toothpicks up.
Oven brown 1/2 hour; drain off fat.
Mix the brown sugar, chili sauce and mayo until blended.
Pour mixture over chestnuts.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
