Lasagna With Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. lasagna noodles
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    48 oz. (6 c.) spaghetti sauce
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
    1 lb. zucchini, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Cook lasagna noodles as directed. Drain.
    Brown sausage and rinse with water to remove excess fat. Mix eggs and Ricotta cheese. Spread 2 cups of spaghetti sauce over bottom of 11 x 16 x 2-inch lasagna pan. Top with layer of noodles. Layer zucchini slices over noodles and cover with 2 cups spaghetti sauce.
    Place layer of noodles over sauce and top with Ricotta cheese mixture and half of Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses.
    Place a layer of noodles over Ricotta cheese.
    Top with sausage and 2 cups of spaghetti sauce.
    Top with remaining noodles and remaining Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
